I met up with caching partner Jules at the Garden House on the Hagley Road and then we set off into Brum to bag ourselves a few caches beforehand.... as you do.
We started with one of the Ring a Ring a Ring Road series by The Strangler which after initially crossing road and going down to canal we came to our senses and realised where cache was.
We carried on doing 4 more caches, 3 of them being by our friend Paul (Soapy Chickens) and I think the pick of those for me was definately Concrete Corker .... this was a very sneaky hide in the heart of the city.
Well we had bagged a few and it was now time to head off to the meet.
Brummie Meet 11 - The Sun On The Hi11 by RattyFella

This brummie meet was at a new venue, a place that I have never been before. It felt a lot more welcoming and there was more room for us to freely move around at chat to others.
We had upstairs on the mezzanine floor specially for us box hunters and it was great to chat with friends and say hi to others I had not met before.
Mark (Rattyfella) did a great job with sorting the meet out and even got some nibbles laid on.
Jules and I stayed there for a couple of drinks and then decided to go and bag a few more city centre smilies.
We first grabbed Pointless Passage a multi by Mumbo Jumbo which wasn't too difficult once we knew where it would be.
We then went to another MJ cache Maiden in Distress .... a very popular cache in a very very busy area. I had already done it but it was a lot of fun watching my buddy look for it.
We then moved down to Birmingham Gateway by Soapy Chickens... This was placed in a very busy part of town but thankfully not too hard to find.

So off we went into the night and another night in Birmingham was over for now.
Total smilies bagged tonight = 10
