Enville FTF-ing

I had been chatting to Neil of team Maxtrev regarding some caching and himself and Maxtrev junior were up for the FTF chase. Neil very kindly offered to pick me up so I took him up on the offer.
The destination was Enville but just as they pulled up 2 other caches were released a bit nearer but in a different direction, we decided to go for these first:    venture 1 Malthouse lane by adventure-4x4 We parked up close and walked the last few yards and made an instant find, we also claimed the FTF on it. Just as we finished logging us in we met up with Paul of Soapy Chickens who informed us that he had found the other. We had some geochat before heading off to Enville.

The Enville Series brings you to a lovely part of English country side. It starts and finishes at the village green. Its only a 3 mile circular walk with 11 caches but the C/O Rob will be extending it. The first part (clockwise) is Bridleway and then a bit of country road so no problems on a bike. After this the route is along footpaths so only walkers allowed.

We opted to park up at the Widgley Road cache and walk a loop and do the Village Green as a drive by afterwards.
As I know the C/O and the fact that 10 of the 11 caches are handmade and fantastic I won't be saying much about them.
We managed to FTF 7 of them, with second on 3 and also 1 DNF.

This series is very highly recommended by everyone who has been so far and is very easy going. We didn't see much of the area as it was all done by torchlight but we do know that it is a very nice area.
Thanks Rob for the great series and to team Maxtrev for the lift and the company.

We found 10 out of the 11 caches with 7 FTF's from them.

Total caches for day = 11
